Welcome to Next Wave Gadgets. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Orders & Payment All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be completed via our secure checkout. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing, but prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.

Shipping Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your package ships. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard (Free on orders $50+): 5–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: available at checkout

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at nextwavgadgets@gmail.com for a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days. Return shipping is prepaid for defective items; otherwise customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, email nextwavgadgets@gmail.com with your order number.

Privacy We collect personal information solely to process orders and provide customer support. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Intellectual Property All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Next Wave Gadgets and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
