30-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Items must be in original, unused condition with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund. Opened software, digital downloads, and final sale items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at nextwavgadgets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send any items back without first receiving return instructions from us.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Defective or Damaged Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for the same item in a different configuration. Email us at nextwavgadgets@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Timeframe & Refund Eligibility We do not issue refunds for orders delivered within our stated estimated delivery window of 7–14 business days. If your order has not arrived after 14 business days from the shipment date, contact us and we will investigate and make it right.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
