30-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

Items must be in original, unused condition with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund. Opened software, digital downloads, and final sale items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at nextwavgadgets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Do not send any items back without first receiving return instructions from us.

Return Address

Please contact us at nextwavgadgets@gmail.com before returning any item. A return address will be provided upon approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different configuration. Email us to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Timeframe & Refund Eligibility

We do not issue refunds for orders delivered within our stated estimated delivery window of 7–14 business days. If your order arrives within this timeframe, it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund based on shipping speed alone. If your order has not arrived after 14 business days from the shipment date, please contact us at nextwavgadgets@gmail.com and we will investigate and make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
