Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
